Hello Valued Business Partners,

Just to advise that next Wednesday, August 28th The Matic Group will be upgrading all IT Server and Network hardware at its Head Office Premises. This will require the existing servers to undergo a complete shutdown whereby there will be a complete systems-outage.

Once this cutover process begins no email traffic can be received or sent during this period and no telephony connectivity is available. We expect this outage to last for approximately two-hours (2) between the hours of 6:30am and 8:30am.

We envisage minimal service disruptions during this period however response times to inquiries will be delayed until after the system is rebooted.

We apologise in advance for any inconvenience caused as a result of this outage.
